10/10 Optics is owned and operated by Ruth Domber since 1979. Here at 10/10 Optic, we take pride that our opticians are both trained and experts in measuring and fitting you with the best choice in optics and advanced lens technology.
Dr. Stephen Rozenberg has been practicing since 1973 and is a board certified in Ortho-Keratology (also known as corneal reshaping) by the International Ortho-Keratology Section of the National Eye Research Foundation. Dr. Rozenberg has spent years learning and prescribing glasses for his patients. He has written articles on vision, contact lenses and has also been published.
Dr. Stephen Rozenberg takes pride in giving his patients the sharpest eyesight as well as the ability to give his patients the most efficiently and effectively process visual information.
Ruth H. Domber
Ruth H. Domber has been a pioneer and leader of trends in the eyewear industry since 1979. At 10/10 Optics, choosing eyewear is a positive experience for all. All of our licensed opticians are trained in color, face shape, and overall aesthetics.
Ruth has been quoted comprehensively in many main stream health and beauty publications including Vogue, Health and Fitness, Women’s Wear Daily, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, Health and Fitness, NY Magazine and in major metropolitan New York newspapers. Ruth has been quoted in several trade publications and has also served on the advisory board of Eyecare Business Magazine. She has appeared on cable TV as an eyewear fashion forecaster and has represented The Vision Council of America (VICA) and the Color Me Beautiful organization as an eyewear expert.
